Dear Faithful friends Praised be Jesus Christ and Mary Immaculate!
In these trying times I hesitated to share with you that I was told by my doctor that my biopsy was proved malignant cancer, of the skin, on my back. But Jesus revealed that the Cross is liberating and it is purifying, preparing us for Eternal Life.Because, as a priest and also as a Christian I was called and baptized for Eternal Life, I am to bear witness to Our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. May I ask your prayers that I accept with my whole heart God’s will and persevere to the end in God’s Grace and a Peace to bear the Cross, as God’s Holy Will. Our Holy Faith is our Good News that suffering is purifying, making us ready to share God’s Eternal Life without the earthly possessions and resistances. Our Savior taught us and so proved it with His Own Example, the central teaching of our Easter Faith. Our suffering and death are means, the Way to our eternal life in Heaven in union with Our God, the Blessed Trinity. May the Most Holy and Most Merciful God grant me the privilege to be His faithful servant to be a worthy [victim]. Fr. Stephen Galambos email@example.com
You might remember Fr. Stephen from years past, offering the Holy Sacrifice upon our altar. Please keep him in your prayers as he suffers this trial. He would be most pleased to hear from you by email.
